  • We are looking for a customer-driven, results-oriented, Director of Partnerships to drive customer and partner acquisition

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience payments, fintech, banking, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer acquisition, including a strong network

    • Go-to-market expertise around payments, APIs, technology, software, SaaS, invoicing, data solutions, and/or AI

    • Obsessed with partners, customers and solving their problems with solutions

    • Entrepreneurial, relentless, persistent, driven, tenacious, charismatic, energetic, and proactive

    • Excellent consultative/solution sales, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

    • Deep domain experience in fintech, payments, accounts payable, invoicing, card, eCommerce, or trade finance industries

    • Passion about introducing a paradigm shift into payments

    What you will do:

    • Go-to-market execution for instant payments and straight-through-processing b2b invoicing API technology

    • Close new revenue-generating deals in payments, fintech, banking, and financial services

    • Prospect, qualify, provide demos, build relationships, and consultatively close enterprise customers

    • Drive partner and customer acquisition, business development, and strategic initiatives

    • Take business ownership of the solution, ensuring its market adoption and success

  • We are looking for a customer-driven, results-oriented, Director of Sales to drive customer acquisition

    • Excellent communication skills

    What you will do:

    • You will guide payments products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business worlds. You will break down complex user problems into steps that drive product development at Photon speed

    • You will develop product solutions, Go-to-Market strategies, and business relationships with our B2B partners

    • You will be responsible for successfully launching instant payments and Accounts Payable Platform solutions to SMBs and enterprises

    • You will outreach to and interview users and prospective users to thoroughly understand needs, gather complete requirements, and provide solutions to business problems

    • Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive

    • Build a document and invoice collaboration app with embedded chat, like Slack for documents/invoices

    • Deploy the app into production and own AWS devops

    • Own the shipped product, including QA

    Experience

    • 6-10 years of experience having launched apps in production in Python, Flask, Django, Javascript, SQL, AWS, and full-stack web development

    • 1+ years of engineering leadership, including as a team lead, tech lead

    • Have repos and/or demos to show your previous work

    • Knowledge in and/or passion for enterprise SaaS, and AWS devops

    • Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and team skills

  • What you will do
